We sometimes accept campers whose age falls below the minimum required age of a certain program. We ask a few questions to determine whether adding a younger child to the roster will be a success:
- Is the child relatively close to the program’s minimum age?
- Do we have or expect to have other children attending that at the youngest end of the age bracket, and do we still have room in our youngest groups?
- Has your child attended other programs of similar length?
- Are the parents willing to pull their child mid-session if their child is struggling in a way that is taking away from the experience of the rest of the group?
Young Camper policy: If we can answer yes to the above questions, we will consider accepting a young camper into a program on a case-by-case basis. Parents need to contact our office team to discuss the pros and cons of their child attending. If their child does get approval to attend, our office staff will assist in registering the child to bypass the age restrictions. Finally, if RA accepts a young camper into a program and they are not thriving in a way that is taking away from the experience of the other participants in the group, we may ask that the child not continue the week. If this happens, there is no refund or credit for unused days.
Before and after care is offered through Adventure Club at select locations for the summer of 2026. Check the calendar event for the program you are interested in to see whether Adventure Club is offered.
Until your child is signed in to our program, they are not under our supervision, and we cannot take responsibility for them. Questers are required to have an authorized adult sign them in and out every day unless the parent or guardian has given permission otherwise. While that’s certainly okay for occasional needs, we recommend that the child stay for the entire day and for the entire week that the quest is happening. As Adventure Quest is an interactive story, missing a few hours will mean that the Quester is out of the story for some time, missing out on crucial decisions!
As you are registering for a program, you will be prompted to enter in your friend requests. If you would like to make a friend request after your registration is complete, please email our office with the details and we will enter the request for you. We make every effort to honor friend requests, but they are not guaranteed. Friend requests must be made at least one week prior to the start of camp and they must be mutual.
We usually don’t allow younger children to quest with a group of older kids, but on occasion, an older sibling or friend can quest with a younger group. Requests must be made at least one week prior to the start of camp.
When you navigate to the online registration, type in the email address you entered when first registering for our programs. Click “reset password,” and directions will be emailed to you. If you don’t remember the email address you used, contact the office.
Online registration for each program closes at midnight the Thursday before the program begins (for overnights, it is a full week before the program). While we do our best to accommodate last-minute registrations, we cannot guarantee that there will be space available. If you register for a program or decide to change into or out of a session after registration has closed, there will be an additional $45 late registration fee applied to the price. It is best not to show up at the site on Monday morning expecting there to be space available. To register at the last minute (defined as Friday or later), you must do the following:
- Call the office and leave a detailed message with:
- your child’s name and age
- the location and type of program you want to register for
- your name and contact information
- Email us the same information to
We will contact you before 9pm Sunday evening to inform you if we have a spot for your child. Payment is expected at this time. Furthermore, expect to spend at least 15 minutes at the site filling out paperwork – you may be required to do so even if you have already filled it electronically. If this is the first time you are attending our program then you will need to register your child online prior to the start of camp so that we have the proper documentation to give to the Quest Leader.
