Discounts Details

We have discounts for new Questers and seasoned adventurers alike, especially for our kids camps! Select an option below for information on how to apply these discounts to your registration.

Spread the word!

  • The referral is valid only if a child attends a five-day summer camp program from a household that has never had any of their children in our programs
  • To receive the program credit, this household’s parent must write your full name in the “Refer-a-Friend” field of the Household Information Form when registering or contact our office to give us the information.
  • The credit is applied to your account after the family that you referred has attended a five-day summer camp program; it is not granted upon registration.  The credit may be used anytime between the summer of 2020 and the end of the 2021 summer season and is good towards all Renaissance Adventures’ programs.  If you would like to apply the credit towards a program that you have already paid for, please contact the office.   ***Please note, referral credits may not be used towards our overnight programs or merchandise.
  • The credit is good only once per household, not per child; a household that you refer with more than one child counts as just one referral, regardless of the actual number of children in the household that attend.
  • Renaissance Adventures is not automatically notified when someone submits your name or has attended; instead, we audit these referrals intermittently or upon request.  Please contact our office by phone or email to request your credit once your friend has attended their 5-day program.
  • You may pass this credit along to a friend for a future program if you do not think that you will use it.
  • ***Please note that due to software limitations, your credit will not show in your cart if you register online.  Please contact our office for assistance in registering your child if you would like to use your credit.

Trying something new can be a perilous prospect, but not at Renaissance Adventures.

  • When registering, click in the “Discounts” box and click “New Quester Discount”.  You will find this discount at the top of the list of sessions.  If you get to the payment page without clicking this discount, you have missed it!  Go back to the list of sessions and look at the very top of the list.
  • This discount may only be applied to in-person Summer Camp programs.
  • This discount cannot be applied to online programs; however, you will still be able to use this discount the first time that your child attends a week-long in-person camp.
  • Use once ever – this is not per season
  • Valid only if the child is registered for a five-day program (Monday through Friday)
  • If your child came to a program this year but did not receive this discount, you may still use this New Quester Discount as a credit towards a future program
  • This discount may be used once per person; siblings may each get this discount when they are new to our programs

Does your hero love questing? Give them more adventure at a great discount!

  • When registering, click in the “Discounts” box and click “Three Week Discount”
  • Families who register their child for 3 or more week long summer sessions for their child will receive $50 off of the total tuition.
  • This discount may be used once per person, per summer. Siblings may each get this discount when they each have enrolled for three weeks.
  • Good towards in-person and online summer camps
  • Good for 4-5 day sessions of Adventure Quest, Star Quest, PlayQuest, and Quest & Quill. Cannot be used with Knight CIT, our overnight camp or any other program.  Cannot be combined with an income-based discount or the last-minute program discount.
  • Weeks only count if they are four- or five-day day programs during the same season (e.g. summer). Three-day programs, overnight programs, and non-consecutive programs (such as weekend programs) do not count toward the three weeks, nor do programs attended that are not during summer break.
  • Click this option only when this application includes the third week. If you registered for summer day programs prior to this particular application, that is fine – they are all a part of the child’s full roster.
  • If a family cancels one or more weeks of summer programs, putting them at less than 3 weeks for the summer season for their child, the discount will no longer apply.

We make it easy for brothers and sisters to battle with each other 🙂

  • This discount is applicable when at least two members of the same household enroll for the same session- same week, same location
  • This discount does not apply for certain programs such as the Adventure Quest Overnight or Playtest Quests and cannot be combined with our CIT discount, income-based discount, or Last minute program.
  • Good for in-person and online camps
  • On the payment page of our registration site, you will find an option to select the “Second Child Discount”.  Selecting this option will allow you to register without making a payment.  We will apply the discount and then will email you to request that you complete your payment.

The Last Minute Program is designed for families who are looking for tuition assistance who may not qualify for our income-based discounts.  Often throughout the summer, we have spots that are unfilled in our camp sessions. We strive to fill those spots with campers whose families may not be able to afford our full tuition.  This program gives a 40% discount off of the usual session fee and is available to all-day camp programs at all locations. There are no last-minute discounts given for the overnight camp.  This discount cannot be combined with the sibling discount, three-week discount, income-based discount, or discounted CIT programs.

How it works:  On Friday afternoon, we look at our registration for the week ahead and look for any unfilled spots.  At that point we will contact our families who have expressed interest in attending as a Last Minute camper for the following week.   We will give those families a heads up to let them know if there are openings.  On Sunday night at 7 pm, if those spots are still unfilled, we will contact the parents/ guardians to offer them a spot.  You do not have to take the spot if you have made other plans. If there are multiple campers on the list for a certain opening, we will makes decisions based on many factors including who signed up first, the age of the camper compared to the age of the other kids in the group, how many other Last Minute spots that family has taken in that season, etc…  In the case that there are many campers in line for a certain spot, you may be given a deadline as to when we need a reply.

How to register for a Last Minute spot:  New families should create a log in and create a profile for each child that they wish to register.  New and returning families will both need to fill out all summer forms that they are prompted to fill out online including the health form and waivers.  Once your forms are completed, you may email the office ( to let us know which child/children you would like to put on the last minute list and which weeks/locations you are interested in.  You may choose several weeks and locations if desired.  No payment or deposit is required to put your name on the list.  Payment will only be collected if you are offered and accept a spot.

If camp tuition is difficult for your family to pay, you may qualify for an Income-Based Discount.

  • Renaissance Adventures gives out a limited number of Income-Based Discounts each summer to families who apply and qualify for assistance.
  • Income-Based discounts may be applied towards one week of summer camp per child for families who qualify.
  • Families who are interested in more than one week of camp who need financial support should consider our Last Minute Program.  See the description on our discounts page.
  • Cannot be combined with the three-week discount or sibling discount.
  • Click here for a PDF of our Income-Based Discount Application.  You will find more information about how to qualify and apply on the application.
