Often, there are skills that a parent has that Renaissance Adventures is in need of. If you feel like you could be of service to us, please give a call to see if you are eligible. We discount our programs based upon the number of hours you work and the kind of skill you have. Depending upon the time of year, examples of potential needs are: IT/tech support, data entry, carpentry, seamstress/costuming, professional consulting, or performance entertainment.

Designed for families that would like financial assistance for camp, Opportunity Quest is open to families at a discount of 30% off, whether they qualify for a scholarship or not. This discount is limited to one camper per year, and cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Opportunity Quest is a typical adventure quest that is led by an intern rather than our regular Quest Leaders. Our interns are 16 or 17 years old, and have invested many years as a Counselor-in-Training, apprenticing with our experienced adult Quest Leaders, and learning how to lead the Adventure Quest programs. They stay in sight and sound of an adult staff member at all times and attend pre-season training including first aid and CPR. To enroll, locate the Opportunity Quest column on the registration form and check the weeks that you would like to attend.

Do you know people who would love Renaissance Adventures’ programs but have never attended before? If so, tell them about us! If you refer a friend to Renaissance Adventures and they attend one of our programs, we will give you a $15 referral bonus that you can apply towards your tuition. Please note that they must have never attended a Renaissance Adventures camp in the past. They do not have to attend camp at the same time as you for you to receive the discount. If you refer a friend, please either call our office to inform us of your referral, or make note of the referral on your summer registration form. Thank you!

Register for summer programs by March 1st for a $15 discount.

Receive a $15 discount for each sibling for any four- or five-day program that you sign them up for. They needn’t be in the same group for this discount to apply, but they must be registered for the same week. This discount does not apply to CITs, birthday parties, or festivals.

Sign up for three or five regular priced sessions and receive the following incentives: 3 Weeks - A free t-shirt, PLUS: 30% off of a bday OR two free 1-hour mentor sessions. 5 Weeks - A free t-shirt and a free swasher, PLUS: 30% off of a bday OR two free 1-hour mentor sessions. ***Discounted programs (such as Opportunity Quest) do not count towards this incentive.

The following chart details eligibility for families applying for scholarships. To determine eligibility status, compute your gross monthly income using the following formula: hourly wage x number of hours per week = gross weekly income. Then, multiply gross weekly income x 4.33 (average weeks in one month) = gross monthly income. Compare your household size to your gross monthly income to see if your family would qualify for scholarship.
